Happiness is always just about the bend ;always in sight but just out of reach .Life is never complete ,no matter what we have or how much of it we possess.One thing calls for something else to go with it

Hat—gown—new shoes ---as such go on .

House –shrubbery and flowers ---landscaping ---beautiful fence ----car—garage ---driver ---as such go on .----now too little space---more rooms ---change of car ---on and on story goes on .

Increase of salay---saving ?no

New car –new wardrobe ---better food ---go on

This cascading effect is not limited to the poor or the middle class but also with the richest of richest ---net result –the richest of the richest feel as poor as the poorest of the poor .What a miserable situation and  what a misery ---Herein come  philosophy of The great BUDHA ----MISERY will persist inspite of the best effort ---so accept it and just try to minimize it and in minimization of that misery will simply lead to a state what we call happiness.---what a paradox ---you accept the misery and the happiness around the corner  start rubbing you .

 The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee has set-up the kidney dialysis centre at  Gurdwara Bala Sahib,Delhi .It is being touted as the lagest kidney dialysis centre in India and also in Asia as a whole .The centre has facility of dialysis of 100 patients at a time .

Why this centre is so unique.?

Because it has no billing counter and services would be provided free of cost to all patients without any consideration of caste, creed and religion .Even income is no barrier .This centre would be boon for poor patients who often fail to afford repeated cost of dialysis . .

DSGMC president Manjinder Singh Sirsa was very emphatic about lack of any billing counter in the dialysis centre .

I recently visited my home village .I had mesmerising experience .

Within half an hour i was in my village from Bihar Sharif ,nearest railway station.

Everywhere was greenery which was being romanticised by cool breeze.

I reached my home where my sister was just waiting because i was supposed to reach the home earlier.

So far so good.

What catches me the  most was the impact of liquor ban in Bihar.

No one was staggering in the Gali which was usual scene.
Health situation has improved  ,Happiness was reflected over the face  .
There has been improvement in the economic situation of the concerned individual and family .One of the lady shared her happiness . Beta , your uncle used to drink heavily everyday .Now no liquor is available ,so he has no option but to quit.That is good for me and family .Beta , i had to pay 800 loan rupees to the liquor shop,but that is good .there is no more loan and unwanted expenditure .Her beaming face was enough to guage the impact of liquor ban in Bihar

How to nurtrure DESIRE?

Desire takes birth every day ---rather every moment  and surprisingly it used to die next very moment .
Why?
Birth of desire is a natural process and it is inherent in humans mind due to its inherent tendency to upgrade its status .But its death is not natural ,It is murdered by temoprary defeat and difficulty or anticipated problems,.Moment desire originates ,mind ,due to negative experience, starts searching for an excuse and mind almost always creates excuse .Result ----desire appears to have natural death .

So what to do ?
Create Faith in desire -----do persistent visualisation of desire ,keep it at focus for some some time,some day so that it crystallizes .Crystallization of desire by keeping it at focus is only way to nurture a desire ,otherwise desire is sure to perish at moment of its birth .

I was doing ultrasound of  an old lady of about 70 years .She was frail and having lungs problem .She was very composed but hard of hearing .Many times she was not following my instructions .

In the meantime ,Nursing staff of the deparment made a comment about her vigour and agility.Sister complimented  her for her  beauty .That old lady immediately responded by big smile and her face beamed like very young girl ,At that moment, she was not hard of hearing .Perhaps her mind was tuned to listen praise of her beauty .Perhaps one's mind does not need ear to listen to words of appreciation and beauty .
