HOW TO CREATE AUTO-MODE FOR INTERNALISING POSITIVE ASPECT OF LIFE

How to internalise positive aspect of life ?

The brain of human beings  is biologically primed to automatically register ,store and retrieve negatives and threatening environments .However ,the brain needs to be trained to attend to positives .There are three steps --.
1.Turn positive facts into positive experiences ---
----actively and deliberately find everyday  for good news in daily life such as nice morning ,new dish etc ----and bring them to awareness by noting its existence. ( Mindful awareness )
2.Savor  the experience ---how ?
----keep on attending on the positive fact for  5,10 ,20 more seconds 
----become emotionally attached intentionally .Generate emotions and body sensations willingly .
--- pay attention to rewarding aspect of experience (result of effort ,attaining the goal ) ---release Dopamine 
----intensify an  experience by deliberately enriching it with allied experience like love with another  love ,challenge with another challenge ,fragrance with another fragrance 
3.Imgination or feeling of entering the experience deeply intro the mind and body like soaking of water into the sponge .
How all these three steps work ?
Such persistent practice fire relevant neuronal circuit of brain and release harmone which promotes happiness and evokes love and wisdom .It is a known fact that neurones that fire together ,ultimately wire together and start functioning in the auto- mode .
