The Freedom Charter

The Freedom Charter(The preamble)reads:

We, the people of South Africa, declare for all our country and the world to know: —
That South Africa belongs to all who live in it, black and white, and that no government can justly claim authority unless it is based on the will of the people;
That our people have been robbed of their birthright to land, liberty and peace by a form of government founded on injustice and inequality;
That our country will never be prosperous or free until all our people live in brotherhood, enjoying equal rights and opportunities;
That only a democratic state, based on the will of the people, can secure to all their birthright without distinction of colour, race, sex or belief;
And therefore, we, the people of South Africa, black and white, together — equals, countrymen and brothers — adopt this FREEDOM CHARTER. And we pledge ourselves to
strive together, sparing nothing of our strength and courage, until the democratic changes here set out have been won.
The charter then lays out the requirements for a free and democratic South Africa.

THE PEOPLE SHALL GOVERN!
Every man and woman shall have the right to vote for and stand as a candidate for all bodies which make laws.
All the people shall be entitled to take part in the administration of the country.
The rights of the people shall be the same regardless of race, colour or sex.
All bodies of minority rule, advisory boards, councils and authorities shall be replaced by democratic organs of self-government.

ALL NATIONAL GROUPS SHALL HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS!

There shall be equal status in the bodies of state, in the courts and in the schools for all national groups and races;
All national groups shall be protected by law against insults to their race and national pride;
All people shall have equal rights to use their own language and to develop their own folk culture and customs;
The preaching and practice of national, race or colour discrimination and contempt shall be a punishable crime;
All apartheid laws and practices shall be set aside.

THE PEOPLE SHALL SHARE IN THE COUNTRY’S WEALTH!

The national wealth of our country, the heritage of all South Africans, shall be restored to the people;
The mineral wealth beneath the soil, the banks and monopoly industry shall be transferred to the ownership of the people as a whole;
All other industries and trade shall be controlled to assist the well-being of the people;
All people shall have equal rights to trade where they choose, to manufacture and to enter all trades, crafts and professions.
THE LAND SHALL BE SHARED AMONG THOSE WHO WORK IT!
The Restriction of land ownership on racial basis shall be ended, and all the land re-divided amongst those who work it, to banish famine and land hunger. . .

EDUCATION ---NELSON MANDELA

EDUCATION ---NELSON MANDELA

Education is the great engine of personal development. It is through education that the daughter of a peasant can become a doctor, that the son of a mineworker can become the head of the mine, that a child of farmworkers can become the president of a great nation.

It is what we make out of what we have, not what we are given, that separates one person from another.

NAYSAYERS

NAYSAYERS

Naysayers are always present .And as a sensitive being ,you are always going to be affected by it ;it is just what you do with that.

Experience of NELSON MANDELA

Experience of NELSON MANDELA

One day, during the holiday, Paul and I went to Umtata, the capital of the Transkei, which then consisted of a few paved streets and some government buildings. We were standing outside the post office when the local magistrate, a white man in his sixties, approached Paul and asked him to go inside to buy him some postage stamps. It was quite common for any white person to call on any black person to perform a chore. The magistrate attempted to hand Paul some change, but Paul would not take it. The magistrate was offended. “Do you know who I am?” he said, his
face turning red with irritation. “It is not necessary to know who you are,” Mahabane said. “I know what you are.” The magistrate asked him exactly what he meant by that. “I mean that you are a rogue!” Paul said heatedly. The magistrate boiled over and exclaimed, “You’ll pay dearly for this!” and then walked away.

I was extremely uncomfortable with Paul’s behavior. While I respected his courage, I also found it disturbing. The magistrate knew precisely who I was and I know that if he had asked me rather than Paul, I would have simply performed the errand and forgotten about it. But I admired Paul for what he had done, even though I was not yet ready to do the same thing myself.

I was beginning to realize that a black man did not have to accept the dozens of petty indignities directed at him each day.

Not only enough rather more than enough

Not only enough rather more  than enough

What is the distance of your journey ? depend on your goal.

only one step is the only goal for the newborn

only one step at time is only way for  for finishing the longest journey of life

Obstacles in the path of journey is never the obstacles ,rather actually only detours for the purpose of redirecting you to achieve the goal .

See what works ,change what doesnot, try again and ultimately you will be there ;

 You will have to take steps in direction of your goal.Please donot be overwhelmed ---- you take one step at a time ---that is enough------not only enough rather more  than enough.

LESSON FROM DONKEY-----NELSON MANDELA

LESSON FROM DONKEY-----NELSON MANDELA

I learned my lesson one day from an unruly donkey. We had been taking turns climbing up and down its back and when my chance came I jumped on and the donkey bolted into a nearby thornbush. It bent its head, trying to unseat me, which it did, but not before the thorns had pricked and scratched my face, embarrassing me in front of my friends. Like the people of the East, Africans have a highly developed sense of dignity, or what the Chinese call “face.” I had lost face among my friends.

Even though it was a donkey that unseated me, I learned that to humiliate another person is to make him suffer an unnecessarily cruel fate. Even as a boy, I defeated my opponents without dishonoring them.

NEXT TURN ---LEAD TO SUCCESS

NEXT TURN ---LEAD TO SUCCESS

You can never see the whole path ahead,and so you will never know how your dream is going to come true.

All you can see is the next few feet ahead of you .

You canonot see what is around the next turn until you go around it , and then you see the next few feet after that.-------AND this is how the path to success unfolds .

"DO WHAT YOU CAN,WITH WHAT YOU HAVE ,WHERE YOU ARE "

RIGHT TIME -----ACT NOW

RIGHT TIME  -----ACT NOW

Are you committed to something ? It is only commitment that opens the doors to your dream.

How to know whether you are committed or not?

If you are committed to something ,you just jump over it ,you do not have time to think of .

If you think you are missing one more thing to do/to start ----it means you are waiting for the right time .----AND either  there is no right time at any time or right time at every time .

In fact ,any time is right time and any measure taken at this time to accomplish something ,reflect your commitment.

The right time is never in the future.It is now .

SO ACT NOW.

AWAKEN THE INTUITION AND ENJOY THE LIFE

AWAKEN THE INTUITION AND ENJOY THE LIFE

What is intution?

Intuition is a flash of knowledge that comes with a very strong and compelling feeling .The feeling urges us to go a particular way with something happening in our lives,or sometimes to not go a particular way.What is ahead can be seen exactly through intuition. 99.9 % of leaders believe in intuition and follow it without iota of doubt .

What is source of intuition ?

Intuition is knowledge that comes from higher level of conciousness called the Universal mind .The knowledge is transmitted through the vibrations to our subconciuosness mind.

No matter ,what evidence there is to contrary ,trust in your intuition,because the Universe knows the way.

So how to develop intuition?

1.believe and and folllow the intuition---the very use of intuition tunes your subconcious to the Universal mind which is its fountainhead.

2.ask a questions
                    ----who is calling me when phone rings?
                    ----which kind ,and color of cloth one is going to wear?
                    ----what time i would reach a particular place?
                    ---- how can i solve this problem?
                    ----how can ido this particular thing ?

you see ,there is  lot of scope for awakening intuition at every moment of life .

"Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.They somehow already know what you truly want to become."

The first step towards ------------

The first step towards positive thinking

Gradtitude is the key to reaching your dream --gratitude for what one has and what will soon come.It is the first step towards positive thinking ,a feeling of "all is well with the world" that enables us to receive the blessings of the Universe.

You can lessen and actually disssolve all manner of seemingly negative situations like challenges ,obstacles and problems through gratitude .

If you are facing a  problem ,or you have hit a dead end  and you cannot see any way out ,the act of deep gratitude will clear the way

Gratitude  causes the universe to issue a 'free pass' that enables you to jump over the obstacle.Suddenly you find the osbstacles you were facing diminishes or disappears and your way ahead is made clear ,or you find the solution and with it the obstacles is overcome.

So start writing or mentally rehearshing the things for which you are grateful.
