I am angry ---taking deep breath

JAPANESE METHOD OF CONTROLLING ANGER


Anger is triggered by numerous happenings and events .

 How to control?

Very simple method --

Just start taking deep breath and be in that state for sometime.Anger will vaporise like water ,melt like ice.

How it works ? 

Through two ways ---
1.Anger need particular rhythm of breathing .Without that rhythm anger is not possible.A particular ryhthm in breathing or choatic breathing is needed for anger to be.Deep breathing is not in sync with anger.
2.Shifting of mind from anger to breathing .
 (scientific basis ---James Lange theory)
